Commercial customers
CEYLAN® addresses exclusively commercial customers within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) as well as legal entities under public law, special funds under public law, public authorities, associations and social and religious institutions. There is no sale to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. All prices are net, plus VAT.
Information on the return of old equipment (B2B take-back scheme)
As a manufacturer of electrical and electronic equipment, CEYLAN GmbH is registered with the stiftung elektro-altgeräte register (stiftung ear), WEEE reg. no. DE 68303625.
Our devices are intended exclusively for commercial use (B2B equipment within the meaning of the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, ElektroG) and must not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. They are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.
Waste electrical and electronic equipment contains valuable raw materials that should be reused or properly recycled. For devices of CEYLAN GmbH placed on the market after 13 August 2005, CEYLAN GmbH offers commercial end users the following return option:
- Registration: Register the return of your old device with us before sending it back — stating the device type, quantity and your contact details, by phone +49 201 815039-0 or email info@ceylan-online.de.
- Coordination: We agree the return process with you and name the delivery point.
- Delivery: The old devices are delivered by the end user at their own expense to the designated take-back point, unless contractually agreed otherwise.
- Disposal: We pass the returned old devices on for proper treatment, reuse or recovery in accordance with the requirements of the ElektroG.
Note on data protection: If old devices contain personal or other sensitive data (e.g. data stored in controllers), the end user is responsible for deleting it before return.
Note on batteries: If old devices contain batteries or rechargeable batteries that can be removed without destroying them, these must be removed before return and passed on for separate collection.
