A system of three parts
A DEVRAN workstation consists of the handheld device, a power supply and the circular blade. The power supply determines the daily capacity, the circular blade the cutting pattern — the handheld device stays in service for years because the parts that wear out can be replaced individually.
What matters for the choice is not peak performance but the volume a business actually cuts on a busy day — that determines the power supply. Meat type and the desired cutting pattern determine the circular blade.
