Catering means: set up, operate, take down — at festivals, markets and events, in places that were not built for it. The technology has to keep up with this rhythm.
DEVRAN consists of two compact units: handheld device and power supply. Both are quickly set up and packed away; the mains connection is a standard 230 V socket. Spare parts belong in the transport box — improvisation on site costs more time than a spare blade.
